"Come along and join Cade & Josh in a nourishing evening of guided meditation / relaxation, didgeridoo & a plant-based dinner. The pair are bringing their popular weekly Byron Bay classes on the road providing a class that is open to all, with no meditation experience required.
These ever-laughing young men have created a light-hearted class, aiming to ease you out of stress & tension into a beautiful state of calmness. They wish to cultivate community & bring people together through mindfulness, conversation and food.
The class runs for an hour, followed by an organic plant-based meal cooked from scratch by Cade.
